I began by backing two 2.5 x 3 inch photos onto a scrap of white card and distressing the edges. Then I trimmed a 12 x 4 inch piece of the keepsake paper which I distressed and a 5.5 x 12 inch piece of the hydrangea paper. I used a border punch along each of the two 12 inch edges of the hydrangea paper.
I attached the hydrangea paper to a piece of 12 x 12 white card-stock from my own stash approximately an inch away from the right hand edge. I added the piece of keepsake paper to the top.
Then I raised my photos onto foam and placed those onto the two patterned strips, to add further interest I used two small Acetate film strips in mariner to the top and bottom of my photo strip.
I cut a further 12 inch long strip of the hydrangea paper, approximately 0.5 of an inch wide and attached this to the left hand side of the white card-stock.
Using the packaging technique and Lindy's magicals in shabby turbine teal and time travel teal, from my own stash, I created a small background for my title on the left hand side of the cardstock.
Finally I used some chipboard words and hearts from the new 49 and market ‘nature study’ chipboard word set to create my title and to add some phrases to my photos.
