As soon as I saw this kit I knew I wanted to do a layout featuring my Milly who we sadly lost during the pandemic.
Cut two pieces of 6x6 from the pink spot cardstock. For the layers cut two panels of 15cms x 7cms from the No4 paper, leaf side. Cut two pieces of 9.5cms x 9.3cms from the No5 paper, heart side. Cut two banners 10.5 x 4.5cms from the No5 paper, grid side. Now cut two tags (I've used a die) from the No4 paper, spotty side.
Edge all these pieces in a brown ink. Arrange how you would like them on your layout without adhering.
Pick your photos and cut them to 5cms x 6.5cms, then mount them onto the Mocha Divine cardstock.
Cut out the sentiments from the No 1 & No 2 papers and layer them onto the white cardstock.
Now you can arrange all your pieces and adhere them to your 6x6 cardstock.
I stuck the Milly using the brown alpha stickers onto the white cardstock and fussy cut out. Adhere to the top right of your layout. I cut two of the little labels from the No2 papers and edged them in brown ink and wrote the dates inside. I then adhered these to the layout.
There's a real fun element in the kit in the form of the wax seals. I heated one of each colour of the seals but placed a stamp into them when they were hot. I used a clear versamark ink on the stamps first to stop them from sticking.
I took two of the paper flowers and inked the edges and layered them up. I added the pink seal to the middle and then added the other two seals to the layout.
I hope I've given you some ideas for this months kit, it really is a fun one to play with.
May kit and add on
