I am still so in love with this kit - Aquarelle Dreams, as I mentioned in my previous post, I have been holding onto these baby photos waiting for the perfect collection and the Aquarelle Dreams kit couldn't be more beautiful.
I started off with the Bazzill Coconut Swirl cardstock for my background. The intention for this page was to have a lot of white space and to make it not too busy. I've especially stayed away from mixed media on this page as I have realised I like to go OTT with my mixed media.
As I still have a few of these baby photos I want to scrap, I am using my kit smartly and stretching it as far as possible. For this page, I have only used the Dreamers in Love pattern paper from the Add-on Kit.
I first fussy cut all the elements from this pattern paper.
I then backed my photo with white tissue paper, from my stash and then with a piece of vellum which was also from my stash. I used the leftover Dreamers in Love pattern paper and created layers behind my photo. I used the tissue paper and the vellum to separate the photo from the pattern papers.
I used the Aquarelle Dreams chipboard sticker words for my title and used the elements I cut out for the ephemera elements. I also used the acetate butterfly/dragonflies on my page.
I can't wait to scrap the rest of these baby photos using this beautiful kit, but for now, I am taking a step back from scrapping so this will be my last DT page for the Scrapaholix Team. I have been so fortunate to have worked with these stunning kits and hope to be back soon.
Happy Scrapping xx
