First take the large Needlework embroidery hoop paper and trim the branding strip. 

Mount a square photo on foam pads and adhere it to the bottom right of the hoop. Fussy cut the feather arrangement from the 4 x 6 paper and add it to the top of the photo. 

I happened to have a sheet of Plumage paper in my stash and I cut several feathers from it to make my arrangement. However, you could easily use pieces from the ephemera pack instead. Details listed below. 

I then added a title and pieces from 49 & Market and Rub ons from the Tranquility set. 

To finish I added a home made rosette and layered with more ephemera from 49 & Market and added stickers from the kit.
