Beautiful Season by CHARLEEN WALES
The Boho Spirit paper 5 from the November Add-on Kit is my favourite paper in this kit and I just had to use it as a background.
I started off by planning my page and selecting my photos. To create more space on the page and to give it a bit of dimension I used my craft knife to cut next to the white detail on the Boho Spirit paper 5 and lift the white detail off the page.
I backed my photos very roughly with white tissue paper and then did some fussy cutting.
The blues and greens on the Boho Spirit Paper 3 from the Main kit complement my page so beautifully I had to add some of the flowers and leaves to my page.
I also used a few of the sentiments/phrases from the cut-apart sheet, Boho Spirit Paper 1. I looked the words/phrases up on Google translate and they were perfect for my page. I backed the phrases with sticky back foam, from my stash, to create more dimension to my page. I decided not to use a separate title as I love the "Belle Saison, In Love" squares boxing in the photos.
I had butterflies that I received from The Mad Scrapper, I think this time last year, and I am so glad I did not use them all. I have attached a link to the bottom of this write-up of similar butterflies that you can buy from The Mad Scrapper.
I think my page displays my love for this beautiful season and my love for all of nature's beauty.
