I’ve used the “cut out” elements from one of the sheets in the kit to make this card. It’s got a very subtle mixed media background so I coated the card in white gesso before working on it. This helps the card withstand the paint and water .
I put modeling paste through a Finnabair stencil then added some splats of watery paint.
While my background was drying, I started detail cutting the elements. Oh my gosh! I’m not much of a paper crafter but I’m going to guess this “fussy cutting” is a lot like marmite. You’ll either hate it or find it therapeutic. But whatever camp you're in, it will take some time.
It was just a case of 3D foam tape and glue to build layers with all the cut out elements. I’ve included four or five of the little round stickers.
I’m afraid my camera doesn’t deal well with a lot of white and it gives a bit of a blue hue despite going outdoors for good light.
