Cut a 4” x 12” section of the reverse side of the Hydrangea paper.
Mount on your own piece of white card stock.
Cut a further 3” x 12” section Salutations paper and use the pink side.
Stick this at an angle across the blue paper trimming off the overhang.
Add trim, below the pink piece, from your own stash. I used pom-pom trim but a punched strip of card would also work well or alternatively some Washi tape.
Fussy cut the roses from the Keepsake patterned paper.
Mat the photo on a piece of the bright blue reverse side of the Keepsake paper and double mat on the Tropical Splash Bazill card stock with a very thin triple mount of the Raven black card.
Embellish with ephemera from the kit, and the title used from the Perfect Day Thickers and Vicki Boutin Print Shop stickers.
Raise some of the ephemera and stickers on foam pads or gel glue and add sequins from your own stash together with gold stickers from the Perfect Day Thickers set.
Add rub-ons from the 49 & Market Vintage Artistry Everywhere Words and Transfers to finish.
