This kit is so bright and colourful, lots of lovely cut a parts and papers which lend themselves to fussy cutting.
I began with a 4 x 4 photo which I backed onto some scrap white card stock, I then cut a 4.5 x 4.5 piece of the Lush Blooms and then a further 4.75 x 4.75 piece of white. I used these pieces to further back my photo, distressing the edges each time.
Next I diagonally cut the watermelon sensation card stock to give me two triangles. I trimmed one of the triangles again by a few millimetres on two sides and distressed the edges and then cut a smaller triangle, approximately 3 inches, which I mounted onto a scrap of the Lush Blooms paper.
I left a small white border and attached the larger triangle to the bottom left and the smaller one to the top right. I mounted my photo onto some adhesive foam and then centred my photo onto the card stock.
Using the packaging technique I added some patches of picked raspberry, from my own stash, to the white portion of card.
Then I began to embellish my page. Using a craft knife I cut the centres from all the gold frames provided, leaving me with frames and additional embellishments. I backed to of the frames with a little of the Lush Blooms paper and then used some phrases from the Feel Good paper to make framed words.
Next I cut out some flowers from the Lush Blooms paper and tried to cut down to as close to the centre as possible so I could slightly curl the edges giving them more dimension. I used two butterflies, a camera and banner phrase from the speciality paper sheet to embellish the frames, some banners from the cut a part sheet and then further banners from the embellishments provided.
Finally I cut a section of rainbows from the cut a part sheet to add to the bottom left and added some hand drawn kisses along the triangular edge.
