First I took the sheet of Evergreen cardstock and gutted a centre panel leaving a 2” border.
Next I cut a square measuring 10” x 10” of the Vintage Ornaments paper and I mounted it on the Evergreen frame.
I then cut a 9” square of the green side of the Christmas Village paper and centred this on the Vintage Ornament paper.
Using the gutted central piece of the Evergreen card, I mounted 3 photos measuring 3.5” x 3.5” on it adding one of the smaller sections of the cut apart sheet, filling the gap with some of the washi tape from the kit.
I then fussy cut the poinsettia flowers from a cut apart panel and added a sticker from the kit over it, raised up on foam pads.
I used the December 25th section for my date and added the gold ‘23 from a leftover alpha sticker from a kit earlier in the year.
I embellished the layout using multiple stickers from the generous stickers in the kit including the swags beneath the central panels.
I also added Little Birdie red flowers and sequins from my own stash to balance the overall green-ness of the page.
The photos were taken on our Christmas walk last year on our way for our Christmas lunch. I was the dedicated driver to take all seven dogs home before I was able to drive back to the pub for our festive feast! Phew!
