Fly High by KAREN MOSS
I absolutely love the 49 and Market Everywhere collection and was so pleased I got my hands on some to use for this month's projects. For this layout I have used a not-so-recent photo of our daughter and wanted to make a page that wasn't travel themed to showcase the versatility of this range.
I started by using a stencil and some white texture paste (from my own supplies) to the top left of a piece of 49 and Market Everywhere Airmail Artistry paper.
Once this was dry, I used some light blue paint from the Cosmic Watercolor Set, which I watered down and dry brushed over the texture paste. Also, splattering it over the rest of the paper.
I chose three square frames from the Everywhere Map Chipboard Frames, one very large and two smaller ones, placing my photo behind the large one. I added it to my page with a small one above and another small one on the left, adding a small printed rectangle from the Everywhere ephemera pack, behind each one. I die cut two small film frames which were stuck to the right of the top frame and left of the bottom frame.
The film frames and chipboard frames were then filled with flowers from a Prima flower pack, die-cuts from the ephemera pack, butterflies from a pack of Vintage Artistry Tranquility chipboard (love how the 49 and Market Tranquility range perfectly compliments the Everywhere range) and some washi stickers.
I finished by adding a chipboard phrase, again from a pack of Tranquility chipboard and my title, using my own letter stickers, with a plane from the Everywhere ephemera pack.
I was very pleased with the end result and felt that although I have used a predominantly travel themed range I have a page that is not travel orientated.
