Don't Give Up Your Daydream by KAREN MOSS

I really like the way you can mix and match the two latest Uniquely Creative ranges While Away and Day Dream and chose items for both ranges as my Creative Team kit.

I knew how I wanted this layout to look but didn't have a photo in mind and whilst flicking through my printed photos came across this one, from several years ago, when Gracia was only a few years into her training. I knew that the 'Don't give up on your Day dream' creative cut title would be perfect as the training to become a G.P. is 10 years and I am sure that when Gracia started it seemed more like a daydream than a possibility!

As part of my kit I had some Uniquely Creative pastel brads, which co-ordinated perfectly with these ranges. I started by trimming 1/4" from each side of a piece of While Away Folio Bits paper and sticking this to a piece of white card. Then I pierced a heart shape and added a brad into each of the holes.

Using green to pink variegated embroidery thread I 'strung' it around the brads to create my heart shape. This took over one skene!

I mounted my photo onto a cut-down sheet from the While Away 6 x 6 pad . This was placed onto the bottom left of my page with a pastel doily at the top left and bottom right.
